While we do often offer a price that is somewhat below market value, we work to come to a win-win model that means you get the cash you need as quickly as possible. As we come up with an offer, we look at where your property is located, the condition of the property, and comparable sales in the area. Remember, we’ll buy your house in as-is conditions, and we handle all of the fees involved.
How Do You Come Up With Your Offer?
